20 years experience – Starting my career as a psychologist, evolving into both agency and in-house talent acquisition for global software organisations and start-ups; both here in Australia, and across EMEA. Over this time I have built a very strong network of C level executives and senior sales talent across Australia, Singapore and United Kingdom.

As a co-founder of Hunter Jacobs, my passion is assisting organisations to drive major Growth. I love building growth focused executive and senior sales teams.

My clients span Global tech giants, SaaS/Software scale-ups, well known business service providers, and global professional service brands.

Utilising rigorous and thorough diagnostic assessment methodologies, I partner with my clients to find them the best talent in the market place. I match your DNA.

I have over 20 years experience in Sales, covering a range of industry arenas – SaaS, Outsourcing, Business Services, Executive and Senior Sales recruitment.

My network spans Australia, Singapore and Europe.

Having worked within both a commercial sales environment and a recruitment environment, I have a strong understanding and level of experience partnering with organisations to build their growth teams and aligned strategies.

My current passion and focus is serving the franchise sector for IWS by Deel – driving sustainable growth for my clients through a unique SWAS (Software WITH a Service) solution, offering a comprehensive suite of onboarding, rostering, payroll, bookkeeping, and financial reporting services—all seamlessly delivered through a single portal. My approach ensures both franchisors and franchisees receive hands-on support every step of the way.
